Elder Cory Cromwell

Minister

Cory Cromwell was born on December 5, 1978, to the late Elmer Cromwell and JoAnn Cager. He attended schools in Anne Arundel County and graduated from Severna Park High School. Following high school, he attended Community College for a short time and later joined the US Army.

Elder Cromwell has been a faithful member of Bethel Way of the Cross Church in Huntingtown, Maryland for 16 years. He proudly serves under his father in the Gospel and Pastor, Bishop Darnell L. Easton, along with his lovely wife, Lady Margo Easton.

Since joining Bethel, the Lord has been grooming and growing him to be a witness to others. He currently serves as a leader on the Youth for Christ Ministry, where he and his wife are over the Teen Ministry. For five years Elder Cromwell served as President of Bethel's “Soul Seekers” Motorcycle Ministry and he currently coaches Bethel's Bible Bowl Team, "Bethel's Elite." He is also a teacher in Christian Education for the middle school-aged children and often helps with the High School class.

In 2010, God had a higher calling on his life and he was ordained as a Deacon in the Lord's Church. While working in Hawaii, the Spirit of the Lord spoke this scripture to Elder Cromwell when he called him into the ministry, II Timothy 4:5, "But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry". On December 7, 2012, Elder Cromwell and two of his close brothers Troy and Cordell, were ordained as Ministers. Elder Cromwell realizes that it is not about the title but the saving of souls through the preaching/teaching of The Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Outside of his ministry duties, he works as an IT Security Technician, where he has served for 18 years.

Elder Cromwell and his wife Danielle were joined together in marriage in 2005. He is the father of two; Cory Jr. "CJ." and Damaree' Dorsey, and one grandson, Jacob.
