Elder Kevin Easton

Church Administrator

“It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.” Lamentations 3:22, 23.

Elder Kevin Easton, the son of Deacon Nathaniel and Missionary Casaundra Easton, was brought up under the word of God and has come to know that the Lord has been by his side, intensifying his trust and dependency on him. At the age of 5 years old, Elder Easton began ministering in song in a quartet group with his brother and his cousins. At the age of 9, he was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ and received the gift of the Holy Ghost in his early teen years. Elder Easton has come through many adversities and trials of life in his adolescent years which has brought an intimate relationship with the Lord.

On November 12, 1994, Elder Easton married the love of his life Raven Easton and from that union God has blessed them with two wonderful sons, Brandon and Bryan.

In 1994, he was called into the ministry and was ordained as a minister on March 7, 2004, where he preached his first sermon, “God’s Mercy”.

Elder Easton has always attended Bethel Way of the Cross Church of Christ in Huntingtown, Maryland under the leadership of the late Bishop Jacob A. Green, the late Bishop Allen H. Easton, and is currently serving under his Pastor, Bishop Darnell L. Easton. He has faithfully served in many capacities, including the Deacon Board, Trustee Board, Usher Board, Building Committee, Audio / Visual Ministry, Christian Education, Youth and Brotherhood Choir, Vacation Bible School instructor, and served as Bethel’s Youth for Christ president for 13 years.

Elder Easton currently serves as the church administrator at Bethel under the leadership of Bishop Easton, where he assists the pastor and board of trustees in the administration of all business functions of the church. His desire is to serve the Lord with all of his heart, mind, and strength. Elder Easton is actively involved in the community in various capacities and uses every opportunity to minister the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a dying world.
